By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you agree that you have read and understand the rules, guidelines and functionality listed below. All defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited. Lutheran Education Association reserves the right to immediately remove any items from your Virtual Exhibit Hall page that falls into this definition.
Do not post any information or other material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner. By posting material, the posting party warrants and represents that he or she owns the copyright with respect to such material or has received permission from the copyright owner.

The Virtual Exhibit Hall is provided as a service for the members of Lutheran Education Association. Lutheran Education Association is not responsible for the opinions and information posted on the Virtual Exhibit Hall by others. We disclaim all warranties with regard to information posted on this site; this disclaimer includes all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. In no event shall Lutheran Education Association be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any information posted in the Virtual Exhibit Hall. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify Lutheran Education Association its officers, directors, employees, and agents and hold Lutheran Education Association its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings damages, injuries, liabilities losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys fees) relating to any acts or omissions by you or materials or information transmitted by you in connection with the Virtual Exhibit Hall leading wholly or partially to claims against Lutheran Education Association, its officers, directors, employees, or agents or by other users or third parties. You agree that the law of the State of Illinois will apply to all matters relating to this Agreement and to the Virtual Exhibit Hall. In addition, you agree and consent that, if there is ever any legal action against Lutheran Education Association, the state and federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction and be the exclusive venue for any such legal actions.
Lutheran Education Association does not actively monitor the site for inappropriate postings and does not on its own undertake editorial control of postings. However, in the event that any inappropriate posting is brought to the attention of Lutheran Education Association, appropriate action will be taken.
In order to provide the best possible product for Lutheran Education Association membership, Lutheran Education Association reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Virtual Exhibit Hall for anyone who violates these rules.
