Annual Lutherhostels bring together older adults in a retreat-like setting with dynamic presenters for Bible-centered teaching, music and devotions, relaxation and relationship-building. Travelling with an ALOA group offers an opportunity to enjoy sites of significance with other older adults, but are open to all, regardless of age. Guided tours, often led by leaders in ministry to older adults, are combined with worship and social activities. Current tours include a 3 Continent tour in the footsteps of early Christianity and Aegean cruise in November, 2021 and a tour of Italy followed by the Oberammergau Passion Play in September, 2022.
