MarineLab Onsite Group Programs

MarineLab Onsite Group Programs

Since 1985, we've hosted school groups here on our Key Largo campus, serving over 4,000 students every year!  Students learn about seagrass, mangrove, and coral reef ecology by exploring the environment with mask, fins and snorkel.   Our staff provides snorkeling instruction, science instruction, in-water guided tours, collect marine invertebrates for students to look at closely, and ensure a safe, educational, and FUN program for all participants.    Our facility includes air conditioned dormitories, cafeteria, classrooms and labs - and most importantly, a well-trained knowledgeable staff and a fleet of Coast Guard inspected boats.   We have snorkeling and non snorkeling programs, ranging from 1 to 5 days in length.

We take the safety of our staff and participants very seriously, and have implemented measures to prevent COVID on our facility and our boats.  Learn more at https://marinelab.org/COVID-19.html
